{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-406.121","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 406.121","heading":"Judgment, how enforced.","body":"Judgments under this chapter may be for periodic payments which may vary in amount.\nThe court may order payments to be made to the mother or to some person, corporation,\nor agency designated to administer them under the supervision of the court. Willful\nfailure of the alleged father to perform the judgment of the court may be punished as a\ncontempt of the court. The court may impose a punishment of not more than thirty (30)\ndays imprisonment in the county jail without the intervention of a jury.
