{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-407.5304","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 407.5304","heading":"Duties of initiating tribunal.","body":"(1) Upon the filing of a petition authorized by KRS 407.5101 to 407.5902, an initiating\ntribunal of this state shall forward the petition and its accompanying documents:\n(a) To the responding tribunal or appropriate support enforcement agency in the\nresponding state; or\n(b) If the identity of the responding tribunal is unknown, to the state information\nagency of the responding state with a request that they be forwarded to the\nappropriate tribunal and that receipt be acknowledged.\n(2) If requested by the respon ding tribunal, a tribunal of this state shall issue a\ncertificate or other document and make findings required by law of the responding\nstate.
