{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-407.5614","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 407.5614","heading":"Notice of modification to issuing tribunal.","body":"Within thirty (30) days after issuance of a modified child support order, the party\nobtaining the modification shall file a certified copy of the order with the issuing tribunal\nthat had continuing, exclusive jurisdiction over the earlier order, and in eac h tribunal in\nwhich the party knows that the earlier order has been registered. A party who obtains the\norder and fails to file a certified copy is subject to appropriate sanctions by a tribunal in\nwhich the issue of failure to file arises.
