The Treasurer shall provide acknowledgment of the\nnotification to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.\n(2) (a) As used in this subsection, \"state constitutional officer\" has the same meaning\nas in KRS 61.105.\n(b) 1. Except as provided in subpar agraph 2. of this paragraph, every state\nconstitutional officer shall submit all travel expense requests to the\nTreasurer for approval during the last six (6) months of his or her term\nof office.\n2. Subparagraph 1. of this paragraph shall not apply to the Treasurer.
