{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-41.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 41.120","heading":"Claims to be paid by warrants -- Warrant authorizes Treasurer to pay --","body":"Manner of authorization.\n(1) All claims against the state shall be paid by the Treasurer on the warrants of the\nFinance and Administration Cabinet.\n(2) All warrants issued  in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall, when\nsigned by the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet or an assistant\ndesignated by him or her, constitute full and sufficient authority to the Treasurer for\nthe disbursement of public money in the amount set forth.\n(3) Signatures may be placed on the warrants by means of an approved mechanical\ndevice. A signed transmittal which lists warrants may be accepted in lieu of each\nwarrant being signed.
