{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-41.415","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 41.415","heading":"STABLE Kentucky accounts -- Administration -- Cooperative agreements.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"STABLE Kentucky account\" has the same meaning as in\nKRS 164A.260.\n(2) The Department of the Treasury shall be responsible for administering in\naccordance with this section and KRS 164A.260 and promoting STABLE Kentucky\naccounts.\n(3) In order to ensure that the program is administered in a cost -effective manner, the\nDepartment of the Treasury may enter into any cooperative agreements, contracts,\nor similar instruments with:\n(a) Other states which administer programs created under 26 U.S.C. sec. 529A;\n(b) Other agencies or departments of the Commonwealth; or\n(c) A nonprofit organization tasked with providing services to individuals who\nare eligible for a STABLE Kentucky account.","path":["KRS Chapter 41"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=54087","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:01Z","sha256":"7d7ff61f46621bbc60759c0dbcb03bb1e4a8629b2b05966d4af3126b84622991","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-41.410","next":"us-ky/krs-41.450"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
