{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-42.005","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 42.005","heading":"Definitions for KRS 42.010.","body":"As used in KRS 42.010, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Department\" means a basic unit of administrative organization of the Finance and\nAdministration Cabinet designated by statute or by statutorily authorized executive\naction as a \"department.\" A department may contain offices, divisions, or both, that\nreport to it;\n(2) \"Office\" means a basic unit of administrative organization of the Finance and\nAdministration Cabinet. An office may or may not report directly to the secretary of\nthe Finance an d Administration Cabinet.
