Such personnel, including\ndomestic and household servants, as are necessary for the operation and\nmaintenance of the Old Governor's Mansion shall be employed by the Finance and\nAdministration Cabinet. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all purchases\nmade for the maintenance and operation of the Old Governor's Mansion. None of\nthe provisions of KRS 18A.110 and 18A.155 shall apply to the personnel employed\nfor the maintenance and operation of the Old Governor's Mansion.\n(2) A reasonable amount shall be deducted from the salary or other allowance of the\nLieutenant Governor for the consumption by the Lieutenant Governor and his\nfamily of such food and supplies.\n(3) A reasonable amount shall be  deducted from the salaries of personnel employed in\noperational and maintenance functions, including domestic and household servants,\nfor the consumption by such personnel of such food and supplies.\n(4) The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall maintai n such records relative to the\nmanagement, maintenance, and operation of the Lieutenant Governor's mansion as\nmay be dictated by sound accounting practices.","path":["KRS Chapter 42"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=21973","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:01Z","sha256":"3f3eb63bba6eafbe5693a4376252d985219c810ddc3e7077141c750f80a2838f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-42.035","next":"us-ky/krs-42.038"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
