{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-42.038","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 42.038","heading":"Vest Lindsey House -- Use as state meeting house and visitor information","body":"center.\n(1) The Division of Historic Properties shall establish the Vest Lindsey House as a state\nmeeting house and restrict its use, except as provided in subsection (3) of this\nsection, to small meetings, luncheons, receptions, and other similar functions\ndeemed appropriate by the Historic Properties Advisory Commission.\n(2) The use of the Vest Lindsey House as a state meeting house, as provided in\nsubsection (1) of this section,  shall be available to state and local government\nagencies, nonprofit organizations, and private persons and entities, all subject to\navailability and with the approval of the director of the Division of Historic\nProperties or his or her designee.\n(3) In a ddition to the use of the Vest Lindsey House as a state meeting house, the\nDivision of Historic Properties shall maintain the Vest Lindsey House as a central\nvisitor information center for the North Frankfort area, and, in consultation with the\nKentucky Heritage Council, shall develop and display interpretative materials and\nother resources regarding the historical and architectural significance of the Vest\nLindsey House and other sites in the North Frankfort area.","path":["KRS Chapter 42"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=21974","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:01Z","sha256":"c91628093da46d200c25394558131f5144bb95a51713bc9f772790dd523671d4","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-42.037","next":"us-ky/krs-42.040"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
