{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-42.370","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 42.370","heading":"Amounts to be expended from fund.","body":"(1) The maximum amount to be expended out of the area development fund for capital\nprojects within each area development district shall be calculated on the basis of the\nfollowing formula:\n(a) Sixty percent (60%) of the fund is allocated for expenditure withi n each\ndistrict in the ratio that the population of the component counties bears to the\ntotal population of the state.\n(b) Twenty percent (20%) of the fund is allocated for expenditure in each district\nin inverse proportion to the total manufacturing empl oyment conducted in\neach such district.\n(c) Twenty percent (20%) of the fund is allocated for expenditure in each district\nin inverse proportion to the relative per capita income prevailing in each such\ndistrict.\n(2) Any balance remaining in the fund at the close of any fiscal year shall not lapse, but\nshall continue into and be available for expenditure during the next succeeding\nfiscal year.","path":["KRS Chapter 42"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22025","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:02Z","sha256":"e2d28b53143bd94947d9a75a6c8ebf010edf5b375adcaa5198d890fffac7d7a6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-42.360","next":"us-ky/krs-42.400"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
