{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-42.435","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 42.435","heading":"Plaque commemorating Kentucky Congressional Medal of Honor recipients","body":"-- Duties of Department for Facilities and Support Services.\n(1) To honor those who have been awarded a Congressional Medal of Honor, the\nUnited States' highest military award for va lor in combat, the Department for\nFacilities and Support Services shall create a plaque to contain the names of each\nKentucky Congressional Medal of Honor recipient.\n(2) The Department for Facilities and Support Services shall be responsible for\nselecting a location on the first floor of the New State Capitol for the plaque\nrequired by subsection (1) of this section. The Department for Facilities and Support\nServices shall also be responsible for the design, installation, and routine\nmaintenance of the plaq ue.
