{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-421.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 421.610","heading":"Summoning prisoner in this state to testify in another state.","body":"A judge of the state court of record in another state, which by its laws has made provision\nfor commanding persons confined in penal institutions within that state to attend and\ntestify in this state, may certify that there is a criminal proceeding or inve stigation by a\ngrand jury or a criminal action pending in the court, that a person who is confined in a\npenal institution in this state may be a material witness in the proceeding, investigation or\naction, and that his presence will be required during a sp ecified time.
