{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-422.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 422.210","heading":"Lost judgment or order -- How supplied.","body":"If the record of any unexecuted judgment or final order of a court of record of this state is\nlost, mutilated, defaced, or destroyed, any person interested therein may, upon ten (10)\ndays' written notice to the adverse party, move the court in which the ju dgment was\nrendered or final order was made to reenter the same of record. Upon satisfactory proof\nthat a judgment or final order has theretofore been entered of record and that it has been\nmutilated, defaced, or destroyed, and the purport thereof, the cou rt shall reenter it of\nrecord. The reentered judgment or final order shall have the same effect as the original\nand official copies thereof shall be admissible as evidence for all purposes for which\ncopies of the original would be competent.
