{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-422.230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 422.230","heading":"Order of court or bond filed therein -- How supplied when lost.","body":"If an order of a court, appointing an administrator, guardian or any person to any place,\nstation, or trust or, if the bond executed by any such person, or by an officer, is destroyed,\nobliterated, or lost, the court shall, by the appropriate proceeding, d ue notice thereof\nbeing given, supply the record, and require such person to execute a new bond, with good\nand sufficient sureties.
