{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-424.230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 424.230","heading":"Optional monthly or quarterly statements.","body":"Any officer who is subject to the provisions of KRS 424.220 may elect to prepare and\npublish monthly or quarterly statements, in lieu of the annual statements required by KRS\n424.220. All of the provisions of KRS 424.220 shall be applicable to such a month ly or\nquarterly statement except that (1) the statement shall cover only the preceding month or\nquarter, as the case may be, and (2) the publication shall be made within thirty (30) days\nafter the end of the month or quarter, as the case may be.
