{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-425.071","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 425.071","heading":"Prohibitions by temporary restraining order.","body":"In the discretion of the judicial officer, the temporary restraining order may prohibit the\ndefendant from doing any of the following:\n(a) Transferring any interest in the property by sale, pledge, or grant of security\ninterest, or otherwise disposing of or encumbering, the property.
