{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-425.081","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 425.081","heading":"Motion to quash writ.","body":"(1) Any defendant whose property has been taken pursuant to a writ of possession\nissued under this chapter may apply for an order that the writ be quashed and any\nproperty levied on pursuant to the writ be released.
