{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-426.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 426.120","heading":"Defendant's estate bound by execution from receipt by officer -- Time","body":"received to be noted -- Priority -- Apportionment.\n(1) An execution against property shall bind the estate of the defendant only from the\ntime of its delivery to the proper officer to execute.
