This direction shall not preclude the\nofficer from levying on and selling other property at the same time to supply any\ndeficiency. Proper title papers shall be delivered to the officer with the directions.\n(2) If the whole tract is bid up to the amount required to be made on the execution, the\ndefendant or his agent or attorney if present may designate what side or end of the\nland shall be sold.
