{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-43.015","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 43.015","heading":"Organization of Auditor of Public Accounts.","body":"The Auditor of Public Accounts shall have the following organizational structure:\n(1) The Office of the State Auditor;\n(2) The Office of the Deputy Auditor, which shall have the following offices:\n(a) Office of Local Government Audits;\n(b) Office of State Government Audits and Technology;\n(c) Office of Special Investigations; and\n(d) Office of Quality Assurance;\n(3) The Office of Planning and Management, which shall have the following divisions:\n(a) Division of Information Technology Services;\n(b) Division of Financial Management; and\n(c) Division of Human Resource Administration;\n(4) The Office of Legal and Records Services, which shall contain the Division of\nRecords Management; and\n(5) The Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman, which shall have th e following\noffices:\n(a) Office of Citizen Services and Policy Integrity;\n(b) Office of Program Performance, which shall have the following divisions:\n1. Division of Quality Control; and\n2.
