{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-431.105","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 431.105","heading":"State to receive fines and forfeitures for certain height, width, length, and","body":"weight violations.\nNotwithstanding any other statutory provisions to the contrary, all fines and forfeitures\nrecovered in any court as a result of a conviction for the violation of any of the provisions\nof KRS 189.221, 189.222(1), or 189.270, which violation occurred on a state -maintained\nhighway and arrest was made by any peace officer other than a member of the\nDepartment of Kentucky State Police, Department of Highways, or  Department of\nVehicle Regulation, shall inure to the benefit of the state, shall be paid to the State\nTreasurer for the use and benefit of the Department of Highways, and no part shall be\nreturned to the local governmental units from which they were sent.
