{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-432.250","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 432.250","heading":"Bond for appearance following contempt charge.","body":"(1) Upon a capias or other original process against a person charged with a contempt,\nthe court awarding it shall direct in what penalty the accused shall give bond, with\ngood surety, for his appearance at the time and place named in the process, which\norder shall be endorsed on the process.
