{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-433.255","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 433.255","heading":"Governor  may  offer reward for apprehension  and  conviction of","body":"livestock thief.\nWhen  in any community of the state there have been repeated or aggravated\ninstances of larceny of livestock, the Governor may  offer a reward for the\napprehension and conviction of any person guilty of larceny of livestock, as defined\nin KRS  446.010, in such community, and in his or her discretion may  employ\ndetectives, not exceeding two (2) at any one (1) time, for the ferreting out,\napprehension, and conviction of any offender. The reward may be in any sum fixed\nby  the Governor, not exceeding $1,000. The  Governor  shall by  executive\nproclamation designate the boundaries of the community to which the reward shall\napply.
