{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-433.906","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 433.906","heading":"Secondary metals recycler to maintain equipment to receive notifications","body":"of stolen restricted metals, ferrous metals, and nonferrous metals -- Change in\ncontact information to be reported to commission.\n(1) A secondary metals recycler shall maint ain at its place of business, or otherwise\nhave immediate access to, an email address, facsimile, or other equipment of\nsimilar function on which notifications of stolen restricted metals, ferrous metals,\nand nonferrous metals may be expeditiously received  from law enforcement\nofficials or electronic metal theft notification systems.\n(2) The equipment shall be operable at all times during the secondary metal recycler's\ncustomary business hours.
