{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-434.874","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 434.874","heading":"Trafficking in financial information -- Penalties.","body":"(1) A person is guilty of trafficking in financial information when he or she\nmanufactures, sells, transfers, or purchases, or possesses with the intent to\nmanufacture, sell, transfer, or purchase financial information for the purpose of\ncommitting any crime.\n(2) Trafficking in financial information is a Class C felony.
