{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-439.310","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 439.310","heading":"Administration of probation and parole laws.","body":"The commissioner, with the approval of the secretary and the Governor, shall appoint a\nperson charged with the administration of probation and parole laws, who, with the\napproval of the commissioner, shall appoint a number of probation and parole officers\nand other employees sufficient to administer the provisions of KRS 439.250 to 439.560;\nbut no employee shall be appointed except in the manner hereinafter provided.
