{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-439.335","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 439.335","heading":"Scientific means of personality analysis to be used to establish level,","body":"intensity, terms, and conditions of supervision.\n(1) In considering the granting of parole and the terms of parole, the parole board shall\nuse the results from an inmate's valid ated risk and needs assessment and any other\nscientific means for personality analysis that may hereafter be developed.\n(2) The department shall use the results from an inmate's validated risk and needs\nassessment and any other scientific means for persona lity analysis that may\nhereafter be developed to define the level or intensity of supervision for parole, and\nto establish any terms or conditions of supervision imposed by the department in\naccordance with the administrative regulations adopted by the dep artment pursuant\nto KRS 439.470 or as otherwise authorized by law.
