{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-439.650","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 439.650","heading":"Definitions for KRS  439.650 to 439.657.","body":"As used in KRS 439.650 to 439.657:\n(1) \"Department\" means the Department of Corrections;\n(2) \"Drug\" means alcohol or a controlled substance as defined in KRS 218A.010;\n(3) \"Drug supervision session\" means  a meeting between the reentry team and\nthe participant to discuss the participant's progress through the reentry drug\nsupervision pilot program;\n(4) \"Participant\" means an inmate or parolee selected to participate in the reentry\ndrug supervision pilot program;\n(5) \"Reentry drug supervision pilot program\" or \"pilot program\" means the program\ncreated under KRS 439.651;\n(6) \"Reentry team\" means  the team organized under KRS  439.652 to administer\nand oversee the reentry drug supervision pilot program; and\n(7) \"Substance use disorder\" has the same meaning as in the current edition of\nthe American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of\nMental Disorders.","path":["KRS Chapter 439"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46775","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:54Z","sha256":"22930e3194379eae6189e278355f77018931d05bcb4c8819f11bcc06eefb081c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-439.640","next":"us-ky/krs-439.651"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
