{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-440.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 440.110","heading":"Proclamation offering reward -- Publication.","body":"(1) Whenever the Governor issues a proclamation offering a reward for a fugitive from\njustice or anyone charged with crime, he shall designate in his proclamation the jail\nto which the prisoner shall be delivered. It need not be the jail of the county where\nthe offense was committed.\n(2) The Governor may order the proclamation published in a newspaper if he deems it\nproper under the circumstances and to the interest of the state. If he orders it\npublished, he shall designate the paper or papers in which the pub lication shall be\nmade and the number of times it shall be inserted.
