{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-441.440","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 441.440","heading":"Alterations of plans or construction restricted -- Exceptions.","body":"Except as provided in KRS 441.450, local correctional facilities shall be constructed\npursuant to the approved architectural plans, and no alterations to the architectural plans\nor construction shall be made unless prior approval is obtained from the const ruction\nauthority or the department if the alteration would increase the cost or bed capacity\nbeyond the approved amounts. Alterations may be approved by the department in an\namount not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the approved application.
