{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-441.665","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 441.665","heading":"Authority may issue revenue refunding bonds -- Purposes.","body":"(1) The authority may provide for the issuance of revenue refunding bonds for the\npurpose of refunding any bonds then outstanding which shall have been issued\nunder the provisions of KRS 441.625 to 441.695, including the payment of any\nredemption premium there on and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of\nredemption of such bonds, and, if the authority shall so determine, for the additional\npurpose of constructing improvements, extensions, or enlargements of the project or\nprojects in connection with w hich the bonds to be refunded shall have been issued.\nThe authority may also provide for the issuance of its revenue bonds for the\ncombined purpose of:\n(a) Refunding any bonds then outstanding which are issued under the provisions\nof KRS 441.625 to 441.6 95, including the payment of any redemption\npremium thereon and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of\nredemption of such bonds, and\n(b) Paying any part of the cost of any additional project or projects.\n(2) The issuance of such bonds, maturiti es and other details thereof, for rights of the\nholders thereof, and the rights, duties, and obligations of the authority in respect of\nthe same, shall be governed by the provisions of KRS 441.625 to 441.695 insofar as\nthe same may be applicable.","path":["KRS Chapter 441"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=19374","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:56Z","sha256":"c3ed67a51a8600b20690db15da60f83598c0e10b0d0394b6e7cee89f2eae23d7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-441.660","next":"us-ky/krs-441.670"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
