{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45.354","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45.354","heading":"Report of designated review body -- Findings of fact by Legislative","body":"Research Commission.\n(1) No later than thirty (30) days prior to the state administering agency submission of\neach block grant application to the federal administering agency, the desi gnated\nreview body shall advise the Commission in writing of its findings of fact on each\nblock grant application as provided under KRS 45.353.\n(2) The Commission shall within ten (10) days review the findings of the designated\nreview body and make written findings of fact to the state administering agency and\nthe Governor regarding each block grant application.
