{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45.610","heading":"Hiring minorities and women -- Information required.","body":"(1) For the length of the contract, each contractor shall hire minorities and women from\nother sources within the drawing area, should the union with which he has\ncollective bargaining agreements be unwilling to supply sufficient minorities or\nwomen to satisfy the agreed upon goals and timetables.\n(2) Each contractor shall, for the length of the contract, furnish such information as\nrequired by KRS 45.560 to 45.640 and by such rules, regulations, and orders issued\npursuant thereto and will permit access to all books and records pertaining to his\nemployment practices and work sites by the contracting agency and the cabinet for\npurposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with KRS 45.560 to 45.640 and\nsuch rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant thereto.","path":["KRS Chapter 45"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22288","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:05Z","sha256":"b88fc6579ab4fc53871462990f9744df14965d4ef98f10fa5aec6806e9986a8a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45.600","next":"us-ky/krs-45.620"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
