{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45.814","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45.814","heading":"Itemized listing of costs associated with issuance of revenue bonds or notes","body":"authorized by branch budget bill.\nPrior to the issuance of the revenue bonds or notes authorized by a branch budget bill, the\nagency authorized to issue the bonds or notes sha ll furnish to the Capital Projects and\nBond Oversight Committee and the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and\nRevenue, and make available to the public, a listing of all costs associated, either directly\nor indirectly, with the issuance of the reve nue bonds or notes. The costs shall be itemized\nas to amount and name of payee, and shall include fees or commissions paid to, or\nanticipated to be paid to issuers, underwriters, placement agents and advisors, financial\nadvisors, remarketing agents, credit  enhancers, trustees, accountants, and the counsel of\nall these persons, bond counsel, and special tax counsel, and shall include the economic\nbenefits received or anticipated to be received by any other persons from any source in\nreturn for services perfo rmed relating to the issuance of the bonds or notes. Changes in\namounts or names of payees or recipients, or additions of amounts or names of payees or\nrecipients, to the listing furnished and made available pursuant to this section shall be\nfurnished to t he Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee and the Interim Joint\nCommittee on Appropriations and Revenue and made available to the public within three\n(3) days following the change.","path":["KRS Chapter 45"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22317","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:06Z","sha256":"37689e06a54571226bfae5e5f9224a865f980015f4030c479434319651302162","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45.812","next":"us-ky/krs-45.816"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
