{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45.816","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45.816","heading":"Listing of costs relating to issuance of revenue bonds by state agency.","body":"Prior to the issuance of the revenue bonds or notes, the agency authorized to issue the\nbonds or notes shall furnish to the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee and\nthe Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue, and make available to t he\npublic, a listing of all costs associated, either directly or indirectly, with the issuance of\nthe revenue bonds or notes. The costs shall be itemized as to amount and name of payee,\nand shall include fees or commissions paid to, or anticipated to be pa id to, issuers,\nunderwriters, placement agents and advisors, financial advisors, remarketing agents,\ncredit enhancers, trustees, accountants, and the counsel of all such persons, bond counsel\nand special tax counsel, and shall include the economic benefits received or anticipated to\nbe received by any other persons from any source in return for services performed relating\nto the issuance of the bonds or notes. Changes in amounts or names of payees or\nrecipients, or additions of amounts or names of payees or  recipients, to the listing\nfurnished and made available pursuant to this section, shall be furnished to the Capital\nProjects and Bond Oversight Committee and the Interim Joint Committee on\nAppropriations and Revenue and made available to the public within  three (3) days\nfollowing the change.","path":["KRS Chapter 45"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22318","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:06Z","sha256":"7b339a0d6ba91bb6e4632c2a240658afa1d817dd35a529913e159cced87348f5","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45.814","next":"us-ky/krs-45.818"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
