{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-453.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 453.050","heading":"Cost bill of successful party -- Attorney's fee.","body":"Clerks shall tax one (1) attorney's fee only in the bill of costs of the successful party at the\ntermination of the action, but no attorney's fee shall be taxed in any court if the amount in\ncontroversy, exclusive of interest and costs, does not exceed fif ty dollars ($50), and no\ngarnishee shall be allowed an attorney's fee.
