{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-454.185","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 454.185","heading":"Qualifications of sureties.","body":"The surety in every bond provided for by any statute derived from the former Civil Code,\nor by the Rules of Civil Procedure must be a resident of this state, and be worth double\nthe sum to be secured beyond the amount of his debts, and have property liable  to\nexecution in this state equal to the sum to be secured.
