{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-456.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 456.160","heading":"Clearing of foreign protective order as active record from Law","body":"Information Network of Kentucky.\n(1) A foreign protective order which has been entered into the Law Information\nNetwork of Kentucky shall be immediately cleared as an active record from the\ncomputer system when:\n(a) The order expires according to the terms contained therein;\n(b) A Kentucky court notifies the Law Information Network of Kentucky that a\nforeign protective order has been dismissed, either by court order or entry of\nnotification by a circuit clerk; or\n(c) A circuit clerk notifies the Law Information Network of Kentucky that a\nforeign protective order tendered to the clerk has not been authenticated in the\ntime period specified in KRS 456.140.\n(2) For validation purposes, the La w Information Network of Kentucky shall provide\nthe circuit court clerk with a printout of foreign protective orders.
