The recycled material content shall be established by\nadministrative regulations to be promulgated by the Finance and Administration Cabinet\nby September 1, 1991. For those products which the United States Environmental\nProtection Agency has established minimum recycled content procurement guidelines\npromulgated pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as\namended, the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall adopt, at a minimum, the\nrecycled material content standards equal to those established by the United States\nEnvironmental Protection Agency.","path":["KRS Chapter 45A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22439","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:07Z","sha256":"7209194f8c0ed0ae88d2f8e8322fc6ad6c01fe5e108b5afb3594a1deeaab8e9e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45a.515","next":"us-ky/krs-45a.523"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
