{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45a.523","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45A.523","heading":"Report on procurement of products made from recovered materials.","body":"The Finance and Administration Cabinet and any state agency which makes any purchase\nindependent of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall prepare a report by January\n1 of each year to the General Assembly and the Governor on progress in procuring\nproducts made from recovered materials. The report shall include:\n(1) The recycled content percentages of the various products being purchased;\n(2) Relative costs of virgin and recycled products;\n(3) Sources of recycled products being purchased;\n(4) Types of performance tests conducted on recycled products, the results, and actual\nagency experience;\n(5) Organizations participating in cooperative purchasing and volumes of materials\npurchased; and\n(6) A list of products reviewed for changes in specifications re lating to their minimum\nrecycled content.","path":["KRS Chapter 45A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22440","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:07Z","sha256":"5c952841d873f14818f4e1cc7c642c676dfdeaa89fd744c1e9fead4dcf72f2cb","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45a.520","next":"us-ky/krs-45a.525"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
