{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45a.553","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45A.553","heading":"Contracting agency evaluation and report -- Cabinet report.","body":"(1) After approval of a privatization contract by the Finance and Administration\nCabinet and issuance and execution of the privatization contract, the contracting\nagency shall annually evaluate the performance of the contract and report its\nfindings to the Gov ernor, the Auditor of Public Accounts, and the Legislative\nResearch Commission.\n(2) The state agency entering into the contract shall provide for an evaluation of the\nperformance of any privatization contract awarded in excess of five hundred\nthousand dollars ($500,000) annually. The review shall include but not be limited to\ndetermining whether the contractor is complying with all applicable statutory\nrequirements and the provisions of the contract. The performance evaluation shall\nbe forwarded to the Audi tor of Public Accounts and the Legislative Research\nCommission. The evaluation shall be subject to review by the Auditor of Public\nAccounts, who shall report any findings to the Legislative Research Commission.\n(3) The secretary of the Finance and Administ ration Cabinet shall report the number of\nindividuals working the equivalent of full -time hours under contracts or agreements\nidentified by this section to the Legislative Research Commission on an annual\nbasis.","path":["KRS Chapter 45A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22448","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:07Z","sha256":"71e441bc2b1ab69c94e4175ff35aa1409357d58f0dee829d6d7a6e69ebb17df8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45a.552","next":"us-ky/krs-45a.554"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
