The committee shall examine\nall personal service contracts in aggregate amounts of ten thousand dollars\n($10,000) or less submitted more than thirty (30) days after the effective date. The\ncommittee may periodically examine the informational copies of personal service\ncontracts in aggregate amounts of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or less and may\nrequest agency participation in discussions relative to their contracts or payments.\nThe provisions of this subsection shall not a pply to price contracts for personal\nservices.\n(2) Memoranda of agreement and price contracts for personal services in aggregate\namounts of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or less during in any one fiscal year\nshall be exempt from routine review by the co mmittee and shall be filed with the\ncommittee not more than thirty (30) days after their effective date for informational\npurposes only. The committee shall examine all memoranda of agreement and price\ncontracts for personal services in aggregate amounts o f fifty thousand dollars\n($50,000) or less submitted more than thirty (30) days after the effective date. The\ncommittee may periodically examine memoranda of agreement and price contracts\nfor personal services in aggregate amounts of fifty thousand dollars  ($50,000) or\nless and may request agency participation in discussions relative to their agreements\nor payments.\n(3) If a personal service contract of less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is amended\nto the extent the amended total of the contract excee ds ten thousand dollars\n($10,000) per fiscal year per contractor, the amended contract shall be placed on the\nagenda for the committee's routine review. The provisions of this subsection shall\nnot apply to price contracts for personal services.\n(4) If a me morandum of agreement or price contract for personal services of less than\nfifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is amended to the extent the amended total of the\nagreement or contract exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per fiscal year per\ngovernmental bo dy, the amended agreement or contract shall be placed on the\nagenda for the committee's routine review.","path":["KRS Chapter 45A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22469","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:08Z","sha256":"f40173cd3afd587509c0963007c33d77167d46fcbbb409b0db6585d57051aa33","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45a.695","next":"us-ky/krs-45a.705"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
