{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45a.815","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45A.815","heading":"Requirements of procuring agency for selection committee.","body":"(1) Before a person joins a selection committee, he or she shall receive an orientation\nfrom the procuring agency whose secretary or commissioner appointed members to\nthe committee. The orientation shall include, but not be limited to, an explanation of\nall statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to the person's service on the\nselection committee.\n(2) For administrative purposes, a selection committee shall be attached to the\nprocuring agency whose secretary or commissioner appointed members to the\ncommittee.\n(3) A procuring agency shall provide a selection committee with:\n(a) Suitable quarters in Frankfort, Kentucky, in which to conduct its business;\n(b) An executive secretary and any other staff support necessary for the\nexpeditious conduct of a selection committee's duties and responsibilities; and\n(c) Office supplies.","path":["KRS Chapter 45A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53576","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:08Z","sha256":"5e2d7f312e63a6d7d3637ce82d7faf345d7b62b1e5384e10accdc1d1243fdcb5","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45a.810","next":"us-ky/krs-45a.820"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
