{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-45a.820","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 45A.820","heading":"Compensation and expense reimbursement of selection committee","body":"members.\n(1) Selection committee members who are not employees of state agencies or state\nuniversities shall receive a salary of two hundred dollars ($200) per day for those\ndays authorized by the selection committee for selection committee activities.\n(2) Selection co mmittee members who are employees of state agencies or state\nuniversities shall not receive a salary for their time spent on selection committee\nactivities, and the state government salaries of these committee members shall not\nbe reduced due to time spent away from other state government activities.\n(3) All selection committee members shall be reimbursed for costs necessarily incurred\nin carrying out their duties.
