The orientation shall include, but not be limited to, an\nexplanation of all statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to the person's\nservice on the selection committee.\n(2) For administrative purposes, a selection committee shall be attached to the office.\n(3) The office shall provide a selection committee with:\n(a) Suitable quarters in Frankfort, Kentucky, in which to conduct its business;\n(b) Staff support necessary for the expeditious conduct of a selection committee's\nduties and responsibilities; and\n(c) Office supplies.","path":["KRS Chapter 45A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22496","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:08Z","sha256":"d4877bb8107003ed47c6a288b1b3dbf595d5d90c280abebb74b80019b9ac60f9","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-45a.843","next":"us-ky/krs-45a.850"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
