{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-48.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 48.100","heading":"Submission of branch budget recommendations.","body":"(1) A branch budget recommendation shall be submitted to the General Assembly by\nthe Governor for the executive branch, the Chief Justice for the judicial branch, and\nthe Legislative Research Commission for the legislative branch.
