{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-48.185","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 48.185","heading":"Area development fund recommendations.","body":"(1) The provisions of any other law notwithstanding, the Governor shall include in the\nbudget recommendation for the executive branch and in the draft branch budget bill\nfor the executive branch submitted to each even -numbered-year regular session of\nthe General Assembly for the biennium period beginning July 1, 1980, and for each\nbiennium thereafter, recommendations for appropriations from the general fund to\nbe made by the General Assembly to the area development fund established by\nKRS Chapter 42.\n(2) The amount to be recommended for the appropriation to the area development fund\nshall be four and four -tenths percent (4.4%) of the severance tax estimate for each\nfiscal year of the biennium.","path":["KRS Chapter 48"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22554","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:09Z","sha256":"c5015b0eda27bb382e18d3f7a608ed6b40688ae495e84e5f807ebee9133a87ca","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-48.180","next":"us-ky/krs-48.190"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
