{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-48.605","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 48.605","heading":"Revision of allotments within appropriations.","body":"(1) Allotments within appropriations for the activities and purposes contained in an\nenacted branch budget bill may be revised as follows:\n(a) For the executive branch, upon authorization of the state budget director at the\nrequest of the head of a budget unit;\n(b) For the judicial branch, upon authorization of the director of the\nAdministrative Office of the Courts, or his designee; and,\n(c) For the legislative branch, upon authorization of the director of the Legislative\nResearch Commission, or his designee.\n(2) A copy of the request and determinations shall be transmitted to the Interim Joint\nCommittee on Appropriations and Revenue prior to the implementation of the\nrevision of the allotment.","path":["KRS Chapter 48"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22570","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:09Z","sha256":"f99d6dbd16cfe5771d1bdfaa2b865157176b50cca6abf786740500fc06225468","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-48.600","next":"us-ky/krs-48.610"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
