No award made pursuant to KRS 49.270 to 49.490 shall be\nsubject to execution or attachment other than for expenses resulting from the injury\nwhich is the basis for the claim.\n(2) The Crime Victims Compensation Board shall reconsider at least annually every\naward being paid in installments.
