{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-506.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 506.110","heading":"Multiple convictions.","body":"(1) A person may not be convicted on the basis of the same course of conduct of both\nthe actual commission of a crime and:\n(a) A criminal attempt to commit that crime; or\n(b) A criminal solicitation of that crime; or\n(c) A criminal facilitation of that crime; or\n(d) A conspiracy to commit that crime, except as provided in subsection (2) of\nthis section.\n(2) A person may be convicted on the basis of the same course of conduct of both the\nactual commission of a crime and a conspiracy to commit that crime when the\nconspiracy from which the consummated crime resulted had as an objective of the\nconspiratorial relationship the commission of more than one (1) crime.\n(3) A person may not be convicted of more than one (1) of the offenses defined in KRS\n506.010, 506.030, 506.040 and 506.080 for a single course of conduct designed to\nconsummate in the commission of the same crime.","path":["KRS Chapter 506"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=19711","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T21:00:00Z","sha256":"d6f40d9bdb551cceb2422b0d08a42901f93ff692ec665d831f3e2b805a38e3ba","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-506.100","next":"us-ky/krs-506.120"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
